Warranty & Coverage

Shipments are packaged professionally for secure handling from our warehouse to delivery. For some shipments, a signer must be present during delivery of the package or freight. Please contact our customer service by email or telephone if there is any damage to your shipment, and a claim will be filed with the carrier. For any manufacturer product defects there is a warranty for coverage. If you have any questions about shipping insurance, coverage or warranty, please contact our customer service. 

For returns please contact our customer service before mailing back any packages. Returns are accepted (30) days from shipment delivery. Returned product(s) must be in original packaging, in resalable condition and without use. The customer must cover these return charges. For an estimate on these charges please contact us. Returns are subject to a 11% restocking fee and 2.9% processing fee. Please make sure all returns adheres to our policy.

If there was a product defect under the (1) year warranty or you are within the return policy, we will send you a prepaid return label to mail back the package. We can help in scheduling a pickup. Contact us for return instructions so there are no processing delays. 

When the returned package arrives back to our warehouse we will contact you by email. Replacements or refunds are processed within 2 business days. 

Orders outside of warranty or our return policy cannot be returned or refunded, or replaced under warranty. If the product does not have a manufacturer defect and has been damaged under your handling or has been used, this policy is voided. Orders under the (1) year warranty will be replaced for any manufacturer defects or errors.

It is not our liability for any damage caused by the carrier during delivery or handling. Insurance will cover the declared value of the shipment. Please contact us and we can help with contacting the carrier and filing a claim.

For order cancellation please contact customer service. If an order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.
